When you rent a wheelchair accessible van, you receive 100 free miles each day. Additional mileage is charged at a competitive rate of $0.55 per mile.
All drivers must carry full-coverage insurance that will fully extend to the wheelchair-accessible van. Comprehensive and Collision coverage in addition to general liability (state minimum). Comprehensive and Collision is the portion of a policy that covers the wheelchair accessible rental vehicle in the case of any damage. Limits should be at least 50k or the actual cash value of the van you will be renting. The minimum age for drivers is 21 years. In most cases, your personal automobile insurance will cover the wheelchair accessible rental, so we encourage you to contact your insurance agent to confirm coverage and deductibles, and have your agent email the declaration page when you confirm your rental dates.
** Must have a copy of the All-Drivers’ Licenses **
Your wheelchair accessible van will be provided with a full tank of gas. If it is returned without a full tank, we will assess a charge of $8.00 per gallon, along with a $40.00 refueling fee. If the van is returned in poor condition, a $150.00 cleanup fee will apply. We enforce a strict no-smoking or vaping policy in our rentals, and non-compliance will result in a $275.00 cleaning fee.
Please note that a major credit card is required to hold your rental.
Early returns are non-refundable.
Effective January 1, 2026, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file if the cancellation is not made at least 48 hours in advance.

Our Ford Transits are full-sized vehicles equipped with a wider ramp and can accommodate up to 6 ambulatory passengers, in addition to the driver, along with 2 wheelchairs secured by Q-Straint retractable tie-downs. These vehicles are ideal for businesses that provide transportation services for individuals.
